I've managed to find a work-around to get it to run, but it's a bit nasty because you have to run it under different credentials as the other poster said, it's a permissions problem but I haven't the time to track it down properly: Only users with topic management privileges can see it. Must do so this summer and logicatog it as part of the image for the logon screen that would be nice.
